Chefs + Dolcezza 1.0

At any given time, we’re on the menu at around 100 DC, Maryland and Virginia restaurants. And some of those chefs take Dolcezza to another level┬áby incorporating our gelato and sorbet into their fantastic desserts. Let’s see who’s getting creative.

Ice Cream Platter at Timber Pizza Co.

The Ice Cream Platter at Timber is a mammoth. The best part? The cones are house made, and baked in their wood-fire pizza oven. The platter also features seasonal fire-roasted and fresh fruits, as well as house-made granola and local honey.

Mango Mogul Falooda at Toli Moli

Toli Moli is bringing Falooda, the coolest dessert you’ve never heard of, to Union Market (they’re only there for a couple more weeks!). The Mango Mogul combines our mango sorbet with mango-carrot jellies, basil seeds, rice noodle pudding, turmeric milk, and rose water.
